Delancey Adopts NFS Rendezvous Desk Booking Platform
Delancey, the specialist real estate and investment advisory firm, recently adopted Rendezvous desk booking to support staff with their return to the office plans. In addition to the practical aspects of space management, sustainability and supporting staff and clients returning to the office were key project drivers.
Rendezvous desk booking software, based on a mobile app, was selected as the platform for supporting the Delancey agile workplan. Andrew Summerfield, IT Director comments, “When we looked at the different solutions in the market we were impressed by Rendezvous functionality as well as the flexibility NFS offered to implement the desk booking solution in a fast and efficient manner, with cost and speed of deployment very much our key priorities. Rendezvous powerful self-service interface, with full integration to Outlook/Exchange, also proved ideal for the PA community responsible for managing meetings and overseeing more complex bookings.
