Unique UK venues group grows business in 2020 with Rendezvous events software
A prestigious group running six stand-out venues in the UK has selected Rendezvous Events venue management technology by NFS as it plans to grow its operations.
The Incipio Group already has a number of unique venues across London, offering restaurants and bars including Bloom, Lost in Brixton and The Prince.
The six venues are available for exclusive hire for events catering for 150-850 guests.
Incipio states: “Our mission is to take unloved and unused spaces and turn them into unique, big and beautiful destinations. Restaurants, bars, city skylines, atmosphere, music, seating for all and general good times.”
The company has announced that it has now chosen Rendezvous events software to support a busy year of expansion in 2020.
Incipio hosts events ranging from product launches to parties, exhibitor drinks and summer parties offering informal drinking and dining experiences for up to 850 guests.
The Group will now be supporting its planned expansion with greater use of Rendezvous technology from NFS.
“We aim to be able to track our sales better, where they come from and when they come in, where our clients’ budgets are spent and how we can improve our core sales,” Incipio says.
“In due course, we will also look to integrate with our financial solution Xero.”
Incipio also requires more efficient reporting in these factors, gaining a more in-depth real-time view of how the group is operating end-to-end.
NFS is setting up the Rendezvous events software to help with streamlining Incipio’s exclusive hires business, which will run in conjunction with their reservation diary.
Rendezvous venue management technology helps venues manage their bookings and diaries more easily, increase the accuracy of billing, and make more sales.
