Floorplan-based booking
Again, with hybrid working very much in mind, the new colleague search feature brings a human-centric approach to bookings. Staff can easily see who in their teams are in the office and book a nearby desk accordingly.

Its efficient as all attendees are notified immediately. Integration with Teams/Zoom enabled panels guarantees that meetings start on time every time.
New Version 8 release




The new Version 8 of our highly successful Rendezvous platform release will be launched in Q1 of 2022, with new functionality and a great easy-to-view look and feel.
New graphical icons show what services are available in each room, while allowing you to filter to find the exact resource you want to book.
