As the trend towards hybrid working has continued to grow, we have helped organisations across a wide range of sectors to support their agile workforce with Rendezvous technology. Here are some examples from around the world:
Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner
This world-renowned legal firm deployed Rendezvous Workspace in its UK, US, Paris, Hong Kong and Singapore offices.
Browne George Ross
This leading law firm has deployed our mobile solutions to manage desks and room bookings across their multiple US offices.
Delancey
The specialist real estate and investment advisory firm adopted Rendezvous desk booking to support staff with their return to the office plans.
Momentum Metropolitan
One of South Africa’s largest life insurers and integrated financial services companies, they selected Rendezvous to take them on a transformational journey to manage meeting rooms and desks in their new Centurion premises.
Greenwich and Lewisham NHS Trust
One of the largest NHS trusts in London, they deployed our desking platform successfully, integrated with the room booking system and are now deploying environmentally-friendly room panels.
Lendlease
One of the biggest property companies in Australia, they have developed a collaborative centre of excellence with the University of Melbourne, where multiple tenants will share space and resources. Rendezvous enables them to provide digital coupons to tenants that they can ‘spend’ on desks, meeting spaces and other facilities.
US clients: NFS US/Americas continued to have a successful year and added a host of new clients in 2021, including a large financial with 1800 rooms and 10,000 hoteling spaces.
We helped this client, and many others, by deploying digital technology, including digital panels from Crestron and Embrava, to provide a great booking experience which also reduced no-shows and ghost bookings.
Rendezvous Highlights
Rendezvous mobile app evolution
Our Rendezvous mobile app now includes new features such as in-app confirmation for the ultimate in touchless check-in/out of desks.
Reflecting the needs of the modern hybrid and highly mobile workplace – staff can now book their desks in half day or full day sessions.
Floorplan-based booking
Again, with hybrid working very much in mind, the new colleague search feature brings a human-centric approach to bookings. Staff can easily see who in their teams are in the office and book a nearby desk accordingly.
New panel/signage technology release
We are delighted to announce our newest digital signage integration with leading provider ROOMZ. Offering ease of deployment and ecologically-friendly features such as solar power they are a smart choice for today’s progressive organisation.
Utilisation surveys
Many organisations are rethinking how they use their space. Our new utilisation surveys offer a fast, easy and affordable means to gauge how space is utilized while also taking into consideration other factors such as future occupancy needs. Make effective long-term CRE decisions with all the data you need at your fingertips.
Enhanced visitor management
Rendezvous visitor management is designed to guarantee staff and visitor safety while providing a great guest experience. Guests and staff are pre-screened to ensure employee well-being and QR code contactless entry is the ultimate in safety.
Integrated collaboration with video conferencing platforms
Video conferences are vital for hybrid working. Integration between Rendezvous and platforms such as Teams and Zoom enables staff to book rooms and video conferences in one simple process – straight from Outlook. Its efficient as all attendees are notified immediately. Integration with Teams/Zoom enabled panels guarantees that meetings start on time every time.
New Version 8 release
The new Version 8 of our highly successful Rendezvous platform release will be launched in Q1 of 2022, with new functionality and a great easy-to-view look and feel.
New graphical icons show what services are available in each room, while allowing you to filter to find the exact resource you want to book.
The application is responsive – it is multi-platform and can run on multiple devices – and its clean look is optimized for ease of use. Here are examples of the look and feel of the new user interface:
