Industry champion and influencer Luis De Souza will be addressing the big challenges that all modern workplaces share at a prestigious international in-person conference in May.

He will be sharing practical tips and thought leadership on the issues of the Great Workplace Reset with other industry leaders at the Crestron Modern Work Summit on 23-24 May in Madrid, Spain.

Luis – CEO of NFS Technology, international providers of leading workplace technology Rendezvous – said: “While organisations differ, we’re all facing the same challenges.

“How do we attract and retain talent? How can we best reinvent the workplace to meet hybrid needs? What is the role of technology now and in the future?

“I’m delighted to be one of the panel of experts drawn from across the globe by our technology partners Crestron to share views and help workplace leaders answer crucial questions at the Modern Work Summit.”

Themes over the two days will include cultural trends and shifts, reinventing the workplace, employee experience and digital equality, and the future of work.

Luis will be specifically addressing topics including:

    • Building trust through engagement
    • Practical ways to encourage workers to the office
    • Using available workspace to the best effect
    • Creating a great office experience.

He will also be sharing inspiring real-life examples of best practice gained from the experience of NFS clients.

“These include one major company which is enabling managers to build the week flexibly around tasks that require collaboration, then using team leadership and a frictionless office experience to encourage staff to visit the office,” he said.

Luis and the panel will also discuss the changing role and management style of the workplace leader.

“Team leaders now need to curate what is right for their team and engage deeply, building trust, allowing some flexibility and making the office experience as obstacle- free as possible,” he said.

“The Great Workplace Reset is creating enormous opportunities for organisations worldwide to build people-centric working environments where talent, wellbeing and collaboration can thrive, but workplace leaders are seeking the answers to some big questions

“The Crestron Modern Work Summit is an excellent and inspiring opportunity to explore this exciting evolutionary era, and we’re looking forward sharing ideas and best practice from the real world of work.”
