Busy times for NFS clients worldwide

Here are just some of the major projects and prestigious organizations we’re working with:

In the US:

  • A leading Chicago-based law firm with a new HQ opening in January wanted to introduce more technology to manage their conference rooms and hoteling better – they’re going to a 75% hoteling situation. The company wants to make it easy for employees to locate and book the space they need, and required scheduling through Outlook. They are using Embrava panels as their interactive signage for offices and hoteling, which will also allow their people to check in and book ad hoc.
  • Philadelphia Hospital’s new center opened in June, and the hospital wanted to make it simple for employees to book spaces and use the new hoteling setup.Integration to other systems was key, including Active Directory, Exchange, Video Conferencing, Room Panels, and the hospital also wanted employees to have access to easy mobile space booking via a floorplan. Now the system is in place, they are considering future phases that could include digital signage, digital desk plates, sensors and building security. Workspace API is seen as very positive for future use.

In the UK:

  • NinetyOne: The global investment manager has 120 rooms across 17 locations, which were previously managed using a competitor’s system. As a result, integration with Outlook~Exchange was intermittent and slow, and the booking service didn’t integrate effectively with Managed Services (catering, etc). The organization needed quick and cost-effective turn-around with:
    • A strong API – choice of IOT and/or hardware (panels)
    • Robust Cloud network (like Azure)
    • Integration with MS to include Teams
    • Delivery and migration of data from previous bookings system.

The NFS team met their requirements on every level, with the result that they are extremely happy with our approach, support and flexibility. They also consider the pricing competitive.

  • Gill Jennings & Evans LLP: The law firm needs to manage and co-ordinate 130 desks, six rooms and 14 cycle racks, and wanted a booking system that provides a strong integration with Teams and Outlook. After a robust selection process, they chose Rendezvous from NFS because it provides:
    • Accessibility from multiple devices including mobile
    • Flexible UI with strong feature-function
    • Convincing and ongoing R&D as a supplier (ie: Roadmap)
    • Competitive pricing in terms of SaaS and Professional Services (Implementation)
    • Structured “fast-track” from initial Proof of Concept to Live offering.

While Rendezvous did not initially offer their full extent of system feature-functionality, they were impressed by our convincing POC and our transparency regarding core strengths and future deliverables. The company has also discovered how agile and flexible NFS are regarding to onboarding and developments.

Empowering a leading charity’s return to work

The Money Advice Trust is a leading charity helping people across the UK to tackle debts – and in 2021 it deployed Rendezvous room and desk booking platform by NFS to help its agile staff get back to the office.
