NFS Technology celebrates new workplace partnership with Neat
NFS Technology is celebrating an exciting new partnership that will enhance choice for workspace clients, System Integrators and Resellers the world over seeking a connected high-end meeting experience.
Firstly, the partnership with Neat, the pioneering video device company, will integrate NFS’ world-leading Rendezvous workplace management platform on Neat Pad, Neat’s simple and elegant touch screen device used to control meetings or display room availability outside a room. Secondly, Rendezvous’ visitor management module will run natively on Neat Frame, Neat’s chic and sophisticated interactive device, to greatly enhance the visitor experience at reception.

Both Neat devices boast sleek designs with the ideal screen angle for easy interaction and viewing, and blend into any office setting placed on a table or mounted on a wall. The devices run on either DC or Power over Ethernet cable, so never run out of power.
Matt added: “With Rendezvous technology, office managers and FMs are able to create a seamless working environment where their staff can enjoy an obstacle-free RTO experience, booking meeting space and desks using a mobile app.

Once the integration is released, NFS clients will be able to configure the Neat Pad to directly display the Rendezvous room panel application, enabling them to instantly book the room without having to go through other calendar systems. Integrated LED indicators will show room availability at a glance.
