Workspace industry champions NFS Technology are delighted to be included in the Gartner Market Guide for Workplace Experience Applications 2023, one of only 16 workplace experience organisations to be chosen as Representative Vendors.

The market guide is designed to help workplace leaders to select applications that support their future of work, and Gartner based the list of vendors on its own independent analysis of the workplace experience (WEX) market.

The guide says:

“Improving the employee workplace experience is the No 1. Priority for 67% of corporate workplace leaders who are increasingly working with the digital workplace team to optimize the hybrid experience.”

Rendezvous Workspace by NFS is a leading workspace management solution deployed by organisations worldwide to improve their workspace utilisation and employee experience. NFS – a Microsoft Gold partner – was founded in 1994, and is headquartered in the UK with offices in the US, Europe, South Africa, India and Australia.

CEO Luis De Souza said: “We feel it’s quite an accolade to be chosen as a Representative Vendor in this market report, because Gartner’s analysis of the market is stringent and robust.

“We believe the workplace is now enjoying a complete reset, and we continue to develop Rendezvous to be the perfect partner for workplace leaders seeking to make the most of their space and their talented staff.

“The report highlights as important many of the features we have developed for Rendezvous, such as desk and meeting room booking via mobile apps, and a colleague search facility that makes sure people are in the office at the same time as colleagues they need to work with.

“As the workplace and the demand upon it continue to evolve, our experts and thought leaders are looking far ahead to identify and satisfy future needs, to help workplace leaders, FMs and HR managers to create the perfect employee experience where creativity, wellness and talent retention can thrive.”

4 recommendations for workplace leaders from the Gartner Market Guide:

  1. Develop a list of application capabilities you need to support your organisational goals for the role of the office in your hybrid workplace strategy, while delivering employee satisfaction.
  2. Select vendors who have areas of focus aligned with your future of workplace strategy.
  3. Do not over-prioritise core capabilities – focus on emerging capabilities such as consumerised application features and virtual assistants.
  4. If your organisation is heavily invested in Microsoft, include some integration with Microsoft by identifying requirements such as open API.

Luis said: “By 2025, the percentage of desk workers who prefer to work full time from a corporate workplace will drop to less than 5%. It’s likely that the focus on providing a people centric hybrid working environment will continue to grow.

“We believe our Rendezvous workplace management technology can help people to be faster, smarter and happier in their work – and we’re thrilled that our commitment to supporting this aim has been recognised in such a prestigious way.”
