Creating the conditions for better collaboration, greater productivity and improved worker wellbeing will be on the agenda for a leading technology company at Australia’s premier AV exhibition.
Visitors to the NFS Technology stand at Integrate 2018 in Sydney will be given an insight into the way the modern workplace is evolving – and the technology that is helping it to happen.
NFS will be showcasing the latest developments in the leading mobile-ready scheduling platform Rendezvous Workspace.
They will share their booth with digital signage partner ONELAN, providers of Reserva room panel technology.
NFS Director Brian Margerison said: “The Australian workplace is going through a huge change as desk booking becomes more and more popular, and as workspace becomes more expensive.
“It’s crucial that organisations are able to get the best value out of every square foot of space, and at the same time create a working environment that promotes staff wellbeing and productivity
“Our new generation of multi-platform mobile apps offer the user a great experience to locate and book the right space from anywhere, including QR/bar code scanning for easy check in/check out.”
Rendezvous Workspace integrates closely with other technologies including AV and video conferencing.”
“It allows workers to see available meeting rooms and desks immediately and book them online – and add AV, video conferencing and even catering in the same simple transaction,” said Brian.
“The result is more efficient operations for the organisation, and workers who can get on with their jobs without frustration or delay.”
Brian said his team at Integrate Expo – at ICC Sydney on 22-24 August – are looking forward to talking with visitors.
“We’re excited about taking part in Integrate 2018, and we believe there will be a keen interest in Rendezvous – it’s a world-leading technology and can make a huge difference to operations for any organisation,” he said.
