Reverse Hoteling (My Desk)
Reverse Hoteling within Rendezvous Workspace allows companies to offer an allocated desk policy. This means, that desk resources are not available unless its been released by the desk owner or administrator through the administration or end user module.
Our powerful security options and integration with Active Directory, allows companies to group desks together by team or community. This means that desks that have been released back into inventory can only be booked by employees within the same team or community, ensuring that space allocation is clearly defined.
Accessing My Desk is simple. Use the My Desk option within QuickBook
Simply select the desk that needs to be released, add the release dates and save.
The desk is released, and now bookable by any user who belongs to the same security group as the desk resource
