Booking Confirmation Alerts
These can be configured to send different information according to the role of the attendee/host. External attendees could receive notifications that include directions, health and safety information. They can also be configured directly according to the booking type. It can also be sent as a VCAL so it gets included in the users diary.
The booking summary gives you a snapshot view of your booking. Any notes or special requests can be easily detailed. For our legal clients we have designed the solution to have full client matter management – invaluable for ensuring that all revenue is captured.
